And for me, when I’m teaching about business or speaking about business, what I’m making is creating business in alignment with your heart, your soul and your mission.
Another term that I use is your unique Soul blueprint.
Because I believe that when we come into alignment with our unique soul Blueprint, life gets really rich, amazing, expansive, and we naturally become more magnetic than we have ever been before.

And so today I want to share with you my journey into creating multiple 6 figures and beyond in my business.
Very quickly.
When I first felt the calling to align with my purpose and my soul and my mission, I had no idea what I was going to create.

I really didn’t.
It was like there was this undeniable awakening, and if you’ve been in my world, you know what I’m meaning.
I’m talking about my quantum moment that happened in 2013.
It was an undeniable awakening.
And all I knew that everything was changing.

All I knew was that I was remembering more of my power, my wisdom, my heart.
All I knew was that I was beginning to see the world differently.
And I knew things had to change and I knew that nothing could be the same.
And while I had that deep knowing, I also had no idea how I was going to create a different life that was in alignment with my heart, my soul, my purpose, my mission.

And so the cool thing about that version of me was I was very naive in a sense.
I didn’t allow my logical mind to talk me out of going for my dreams because I I had this deep vision.
I had this deep knowing that was so new.

It felt so real that I was able to plug into the frequency of trust.
And I’m really turn the dial up on my sure thing frequency.
And what I mean when I say sure thing frequency I talked about this in the scale master class.
But what I mean by this is it’s like the frequency of knowing that I’m in this for the long haul.

The frequency of knowing that I’m an investment.
The frequency of knowing that I matter and what I’m bringing to the world is going to absolutely have positive impact and positive change and is going to lead to transformation and is going to lead to other people also creating their own positive ripple effects.

And I had that knowing in the very beginning and I think that’s an important piece of this because having that knowing it gave me purpose and it gave everything that I was doing meaning that was good meaning because we can give meaning to things that doesn’t matter.

I think we do that a lot and we can give meaning to things that helps create a little bit of an ignition and the why behind everything that we’re doing.
And so over the years, I’ve taught a lot of people how to create, grow and scale businesses in alignment with their heart and their soul.

And one thing for me very early on was I wanted to understand how to translate the success that I had created in corporate in my entrepreneurial journey.
And I had no idea how I was going to do that.
And so in the beginning, the first year of business, I didn’t make very much money because I didn’t create an offer suite.

I didn’t really focus on getting clients.
I didn’t really think about revenue streams.
I didn’t think about a lot of things that you should think about if you’re wanting to create money in your business.
For me, it was like this whole new chapter of I’m going to heal myself, I’m going to learn to love myself.

I’m going to really just go within and see what unfolds.
And that was a cool experience and I trust that that was purposeful for me and it was because I learned so much going to so many different retreats.
I met so many friends that year.
I really started to see what the coaching and personal development industry was, and it was very clear to me that this was a real industry where people could make a lot of money, have a lot of success and have a lot of fun.

And so very quickly I realized I was going to have to do some things that felt uncomfortable in order to be able to to make money doing this whole passion and purpose thing.
And I’ve shared before in other episodes that I ended up going back and doing consulting in corporate early on to be able to have the funding so I could invest in in mentorship, so I could be my own venture capitalist in my business.

And it served me very well because it also kept me grounded.
And as I began to build my business, I didn’t do it from this space of like reverse engineering or from mapping out like, I’m going to have, you know, here’s the path to $100,000 or here’s the path to $250,000.

It wasn’t like that.
And to be honest, I still don’t really do my business like that.
Like it’s, you know, today I’m not sitting here and saying, OK, here’s the path to a million, a million and a half dollars, here’s a path to $2,000,000.
It’s not like that because I’m creating from a space of intuition, from a space of intentionality and from a space of knowing that I hold the success frequency and the abundance frequency no matter what.

And most people don’t do business this way.
And so that’s why I’m so excited to share my journey, my story, how it unfolded, how it’s evolved, how it’s grown, the times I I got out of alignment and the willingness to fail over and over again.

Because that’s something that I’ve had since the beginning and it’s something that I still have.
I also have a deep awareness of when I’m starting to fall out of alignment and I catch myself very quickly now.
In the beginning, I did not necessarily do that because I didn’t have the full awareness of what was in alignment and what wasn’t in alignment.

And I think sometimes that’s just a matter of experience.
It’s a matter of learning what works for you and a matter of of letting go of the things that don’t work in full trust that you can create success, abundance and spaciousness in alignment.
So very early on, I was able to create 6 figures in my business because I took the pressure off.

I never made it all about money, although the intentionality around creating success and money was there.
I also held a very high standard around 1:00 to 1:00 coaching with me and close proximity because I understood that my time and my energy and everything that I had learned throughout my whole entire corporate journey, as well as everything you know on my personal development journey.

I understood the value of that very early on.
Now my one to one prices obviously are substantially higher now, but in the beginning I was still able I I think my first one to one coaching package.
I don’t remember the pricing exactly, but it was somewhere between 4:00 and $7000 for a one to one package with me and I don’t remember all the details I wish I did so I could share them with you, but I knew it had to be enough to where I would.

I was going to feel excited about doing it.
And I feel like sometimes when people are beginning to build a coaching practice or a consulting practice, it’s this whole question about how do I price my offers.
And I see this happening in a lot of different ways when you’re wanting to price your offers as well as when you’re wanting to quantum leap in your pricing.

And it’s hard to explain and it’s not like there’s one perfect formula.
The formula is what’s the value that you offer?
What can you energetically get behind?
Meaning can you hold that amount of money and attract it?
And then two, can you be OK with understanding that that price point isn’t going to be OK with everybody and it’s not meant to be.

So when I began to scale to to six, multiple 6 figures and beyond in the beginning what I did was I started with essentially one, one to one clients and some online programs as well as in person events.

And the honest truth about that those first couple years is I was learning and I was figuring it out and I was willing to be able to learn as I went.
And I was also looking for other people that had created success.
And I I wasn’t trying to do everything on my own.

And so right out of the gates, I had a a coach, and I had hired her as a coach really for personal development and to help me come into alignment with my purpose and my mission.
I found her online.
It was synchronistic and it’s kind of like the right people come into our lives right as we need them, whether we’re aware of it or not.

And then it’s up to us if we choose to go into alignment with that.
I don’t think that there’s just one path and everyone has to have a one to one coach or being a mastermind or whatever it is.
I think it’s like we have to look at where’s our soul calling us to go and who do we need to help us get there.

And so for me, in the beginning I had a one to one coach.
This is before I even knew I was going to have a coaching or consulting practice or was going to be speaking.
And she was an intuitive coach, which I thought was quite cool because she was able to use her intuition, plus, you know, just her own business acumen around her own business.

And so initially we worked together on me really understanding my own intuition on me coming to alignment with my purpose, my mission.
And then as I felt the calling to begin to build a business, she just started helping me with that.
It was just kind of natural.

And I had this one to one coach for a while, like 1 1/2 or two years.
And then I began to really get into this industry and really look around and I saw what a lot of people were doing.
And I’ve shared this before that I wish what I would have known to them that I know now is not to try to duplicate anybody else’s system.

And a way the marketing is in this industry in a lot of ways is like here’s my foolproof system.
This is the step by step exactly what I’ve done.
And I’m sure I’ve used that in my own ads because that’s what the marketers tell you to do.
And even though I may have used that in my own ads at one point in time, I’ve never actually coached or taught that way.

I’ve always coached and taught in alignment with your unique Soul blueprint because that’s intuitively how I see it for people when I’m coaching.
And so early on when I had some one to one offers, I had a digital program and then I had a retreat and that was really how I began to scale.

And then after that I realized, Oh my gosh, there’s so many other ways and so many other things that I could be doing.
And I had wrote my book before I ever had a client.
I think I wrote my book.
I didn’t.
I had clients before I published it, but before I even focused on getting one client, I wrote my book that was not a money maker in the beginning, it was after it was published.

But I’m always teaching about a short term game and a long term game in business, and writing a book is a long term game.
I think it’s valuable.
I absolutely recommend doing it.
It’s just if that’s what’s calling to you.
You also have got to figure out a way to build a business in conjunction while you’re building an audience and while you’re launching your book.

So that’s kind of a different conversation and maybe we’ll do a podcast around that.
But as I was building and really beginning to see other opportunities and what people were doing, one of the things that I began to do was I began to Quantum Leap and what I could receive and I did that in a couple of different ways.

I did that and really up leveling my own offerings and really looking at how I could serve one to many and ways that felt exhilarating and exciting to me and also offered a ton of value.
The other thing I did when I began to scale was I began to see my own power and really fill my own power first.

And I activated a new level of embodiment.
And in holding that frequency and activating that embodiment, people began to naturally come to me.
Maybe they had found my book, Maybe it was a referral, Maybe they found me online.
Maybe they saw me speaking.

Maybe they saw me on a podcast.
And so it was one of those things where I went all in.
I was willing to try a lot of different things and very quickly I scaled and so I wish I had the numbers.
The honest truth is I don’t have the exact numbers but I know so 2014 was the year that I learned to love myself. 2015, I absolutely hit at least six figures, definitely more than that. 2016, I was well into multiple 6 figures in my entrepreneurial journey and climbing that ladder and and really getting closer to the seven figure mark probably around 1718.

And that was with a business partnership that I had.
And The thing is what people in this industry don’t always talk about is profitability.
And so something I learned early on is why you might be making a half, $1,000,000 or whatever it is.

It costs money to run a business.
It costs a lot of money to run a business.
And So what I do now when I teach people to scale to six, multiple, 6 figures, 7 figures, wherever it is that you’re going is we’ve got to look at a lot of different things.

One, is this something that you’re just dabbling in and you’re just seeing if you can make some money or you just kind of dipping your toe in?
Two, are you looking for something that’s going to help you transition out of a corporate job?
Are you looking to create staying power?

3 is this your mission and your purpose or do you have that sure thing frequency And are you here for the long haul because it’s going to change the way that you do everything?
And four, is it like what’s most important to you?
Because some people want to to make more money, they don’t care as much about the profitability.

They want to be known.
They want to have a lot of numbers and some people care more about really feeling super fulfilled and what it is that they’re doing.
They care more about connections with their clients.
They care more about different things.
And so it’s like when you think about scaling to a certain level of money, my advice is make it a little bit less about the money.

Like still have the intentionality.
I’m all for manifesting millions and millions of dollars.
Let’s do it.
I’m here for it.
I’m in for it too.
And let’s do it in a way that feels good.
Let’s do it in a way that feels expensive.
Let’s do in a way where we’re making a lot of money and we’re creating a lot of profitability all at the same time.

And so on my journey, I learned all of these things.
And even though I scaled very quickly to six, multiple 6 figures and held that and have changed and shifted and evolved and come into more and more and more and more and more alignment with my heart, my power, my soul, my mission, it’s been really enlightening to see what you can create when you’re able to create a level of potency in your offer suite.

And sometimes you can do this right out of the gates.
And sometimes it takes having some clients trying some programs.
Sometimes it takes having a quote UN quote failed launch, which by the way, I don’t believe there’s any such thing as a failed launch because you’re learning every single time that you do something.

And one of the principles that I adopted very early on was setting myself up to win.
And what that means is having a lot of different ways that people can find me, that people can come into my offers.
And so because that’s the way that I’ve always done it, it’s been a little less about, OK, I need 10 people in this offer and 10 people here and more about I’m going to hold the frequency of a of a financial number that I desire to hit.

And I’m going to hold the frequency of doing it in a way that feels good.
And I think I learned this technique back when I was in corporate sales because I was always going to win no matter what I was committed.
I didn’t need to know the how, but I knew how to hold the frequency of whatever the numbers they were giving me.

And quite honestly, they were astronomical.
Because when you’re in sales for a corporation, especially if they’re in startup mode and you do really well, you kind of get punished the next year or the next quarter because you compete against yourself.
And so I learned this technique subconsciously to really begin to plug my frequency in to this buoyancy of this number, this feeling that I wanted to hit without needing to know exactly how.

And it always worked.
I always came somewhat close to the number or exceeded it by quite a bit.
And so I’ve adapted that into my entrepreneurial journey, and I still do that today.
And something that’s really cool about when you’re want to scale in your business is finding other people that can help you to reprogram, rewire your mind with what’s possible.

So for example, I think it’s really cool when I look at someone who just says I made $1,000,000 in a month or when I look at someone who says I’ve been doing this for, you know, however long and we brought in whatever it is, 10 million, 30,000,040 million, $50 million.

I wish I had kept up with the numbers a little bit more.
And the truth of the matter is I don’t think it’s part of my legacy, my mission to focus so much on numbers.
It’s just not, it’s not something you see me talk about a ton, although I have been talking about it quite a bit more because of the multiple 6 program.

The nature of what it is, it’s important to talk about.
So for example, I had a client yesterday that told me she’s made $55,000 in six weeks in the year and once this client came to me, she was making $7000 a month.

And so that’s a Quantum leap and I’m so excited to help her quantum leap and go to the next level.
I had a client recently that just booked in A5 figure corporate contract.
I’ve had a client that opened up a retreat that sold it out with like sold seven tickets within 24 hours to you know, a $1500 retreat.

I’ve had clients that are other clients that are booking in corporate speaking gigs and it’s like when I look at what I’ve been able to create, I’ve already created multiple 6 figures this year in six weeks in my business and that’s a cash in the door.

And so it’s one of those things where it’s like there’s there’s still money coming in, but it’s not about the money.
It’s about creating staying power, creating a business that you feel like serves your heart and your soul and that you are offering value and doing it in a way where you’re unlocking your own magnetism and attracting the most brilliant, beautiful clients in your world.

And so I was teaching in the millions of dollars master class the other day.
And it was like the thing that I said was when you don’t make it about the money.
To actually make more money.
And that’s what I want to invite you to do, because you’re listening to this podcast, which means that you want more money, You want to create success in business, and that’s beautiful and that’s perfect.

But when you understand how to unlock your unique soul blueprint, when you understand how to create an offer suite that elevates you, that you love, that’s easy for people to come in your world, stay in your world, grow and expand with you.
You begin to attract a certain type of client that’s going to elevate you, your heart, your soul, your mission in the most beautiful way.

And because it’s elevating you, it’s going to elevate your clients too.
And so this is the name of the game.
Creating alignment in your business, creating fulfillment in your business, creating success for your clients and fulfillment for your clients and plugging into the frequency of high level abundance while you’re doing it.

And the truth is, some people nail this faster than others.
Some people are meant to go and create extraordinary companies and have a support team that grows with them.
And some people are meant to support and be in a support role and they’re all needed.

And you can do really well in all of these roles.
And the examples that I was sharing with you about my clients, those are all examples and success stories from the last week.
I could share so many success stories with you.
Of my clients that have plugged in to six multiple 6 figures, I’ve had clients go from $30,000 months to $100,000 months.

Clients go from $2000 months to $20,000 months.
Clients go from $7000 months to $30,000 months.
And I’m saying this these months, but it turns into consistency because I’m not here to teach you how to go make a huge influx of money and not build a business on solid ground and that has staying power.

And it’s one of those things that it just makes your whole business rich and fulfilling when you create those kind of relationships with your clients.
We’re going to talk about scaling in a way that your logical mind hasn’t thought about.

But this going to work when you understand the energetics behind it, I’m going to help you up level your mindset so you can hold more and receive more when it comes to money in your business.
Because I can tell you this, it’s one thing to go sell somebody else’s products.
I was very good at selling somebody else’s products.

But then when you have to sell your own self, it’s different and it can bring up your own triggers.
And I can tell you, I still experience this today even at this level.
It’s something that we have to be willing to walk with.
