Meant to do this when it’s part of your unique soul blueprint.

And I’m going.

To tell you.

How you know if it’s part of your unique soul blueprint?

Because you have this like.

Feeling in your body.

Like if you.

See somebody else telling their story on stage.

Or you’re sitting in the audience at A.

Retreat or event or you’re.

Watching.

On the Internet.

On social media.

And you see people.

Standing on stage and and there’s a.

Something in you that.

Thinks I’m supposed.

To do that or you’re.

Constantly telling.

People.

Oh, this?

Happened to me and here’s how I overcame it.

Or like you see, you seek.

Lanes and.

Pathways for people.

It’s almost like.

Whether.

People are paying you or not.

You’re coaching them.

And a lot of times, this means you’re meant to be a transformational speaker.

Or an inspirational speaker.

And I.

Remember Gosh Back?

In. 2014 It was my year of self love.

Remember, I had my awakening In 2013.

I learned to love myself.

In 2000. 14 And part of my journey of loving myself was putting myself in.

Rooms retreats.

Events.

Spaces and I I went to a lot of retreats that year like a lot and.

It was exceptional because I.

Began to watch so many different.

Leaders in their craft.

And I wasn’t doing this intentionally.

It was.

Actually, quite subconsciously, but what?

Happened to me is I had the same feeling over and over and over again.

I’d be in these.

Retreats and every.

Single time.

I would think I’m supposed to leave these retreats.

And it wasn’t like I went on to say, OK, I’m going to build a business and I’m going to start to speak.

It wasn’t like that at all.

I’ve shared here before how actually the 1st.

Vision I got was for my.

Book girl.

Awakened was.

Writing that book, and that was the way I built my business.

But.

I’d say around. 2015 I started to.

Realize.

So 2014 I I had the feeling, but wasn’t acknowledging it. 2000 and. 15I began.

To acknowledge the.

Calling like it was like and I started to really like.

Have this vision of me standing on the TEDx stage and even though it felt like such a distant dream at the time, and I was.

Worried.

I was scared.

It’s like.

Even though I had.

Basically come out of the spiritual closet at that.

Point it was, it was scary for me.

Because I was still.

Running on old.

Programs of what are other people are going to think?

I was worried.

That I would stand on stage and just go.

Flat I was.

Worried that?

No one would.

Respect me.

The way I desired to be respected, I was worried that.

Gosh, there were so many fears and so many worries.

And what’s cool about my journey is.

Even though those fears were.

There and even though they.

Had the keys.

To the ignition for just a.

Little bit of time I did not let them.

Lead me for.

Too long?

And.

What happened was as I began to.

Have this desire.

I started playing with dreaming and visualizing.

I started putting, you know, the.

Ted X and.

Speaking on my vision board, I hosted my first.

Retreat which?

Is not an easy undertaking.

If I had.

To go back and give my younger self some wisdom.

I would have probably said let’s start with a workshop for two hours or 4 hours.

But I started with a big retreat in two. 1000. 15 in Sedona AZ Y’all.

Know I love my Sedona vortex.

Immersion that I do every year now and after.

I’d say about.

Let’s see, When was it?

Was it?

Was really.

In the spring of 2016 when I.

Really started to.

Think like the calling was getting bigger.

I know if you’re listening, many of you are.

Feeling this, it’s like.

You know your story matters.

You know you have a story to tell and you know you’re meant to tell it.

But you probably get a little bit tripped up on the how.

Because that’s exactly where I was.

I was like but how?

How do?

I get on these big stages.

And how do I get?

People to actually listen to me and.

How do I convey that my story matters?

And how do I showcase my unique gifts?

And how do I make money from doing all of that and so?

Those were so many of my.

Questions and what happened?

Was I observed?

And learned I studied a lot of motivational.

Speakers, I learned a lot.

And I also observed my colleagues and my.

Peers because.

This at this.

Point in time.

I had been to so many.

Different retreats and.

Events and I had built a solid community in this industry.

This is one of the reasons why I.

Host events today because I believe.

It is so important.

That we put.

Ourselves with rooms and spaces and connect ourselves with people that are on the same path.

As us, because it makes it.

So much more fun.

Not to mention that we get to learn and expand and upgrade our frequency each step of the way when we’re in.

The right rooms.

So this was one of the reasons why the quantum.

Success.

Leadership.

Summit was born was to help connect other people that want to be authors and speakers and Quantum leap in their business and while.

So going back to my story in two. 1016 I’m feeling this calling and I’m looking around and what I’m noticing with a.

Lot of my.

Colleagues who are wanting to speak was there.

Was this?

Really needy clingy energy.

Of put.

Me on that stage, I want to be on that stage and how can I get on this stage?

And that energy was rampant back then.

And honestly, it’s rampant now as well.

And I see this with so many people in the coaching and personal development industry.

It’s like you have this desire to speak.

But you don’t know.

How and all you’re doing is waiting for someone to put you on their stage.

And so I didn’t sit around in this waiting energy very long.

So it even at this point I.

Actually had created a pretty big.

Speaking opportunity because.

Hay house.

Put me on their stage and this was a a manifestation story for another time, but one of the things that I really did to.

Manifest that hay House talk very.

Early on, right out of the.

Gates like way before I was qualified to do it.

Was turn on my sure thing energy and it was that no matter what frequency that I.

Knew.

I was going big places.

I knew my soul’s work and my soul’s mission was so much more powerful than any fear or any doubt that my mind.

Could come up with.

And I activated this frequency on a subconscious and a conscious level and it worked very quickly.

And this is one of the things, the sure thing, Energy I.

Talk about it a lot.

Because if you want to speak on stages, there’s many things that you need, but the first thing you need is you need the right mindset and the right energetics behind it, and that’s.

What the sure.

Thing.

Energy.

Is now I’m.

I understood how to turn on my Sure Thing energy, and I had committed to showing up in a way that was really.

Host my own workshops and connect and network and.

When I say network, I don’t mean running to someone and saying here’s.

My business card.

Here’s what I do.

What do you?

Do.

It’s like, y’all we’re people we’re.

Human beings, there is a way to connect with the human in front of you.

There’s a way to create?

Genuine connection and there’s too many people that don’t understand this piece.

And when you’re building your business and you understand this piece, you’re going to attract so many more opportunities and.

Things that I did one, I aligned with my unique Soul Blueprint.

And you’re trying to.

In a size 10 shoe, is that going to work?

Some of you are probably like do a toe touch.

Don’t even think I could do that.

Tennis shoe 2 sizes too big.

You’re going to.

Be fumbling and tripping.

It’s not going to work.

And so this is what I see so many people doing in business.

Is trying to mimic what somebody else.

Has done that.

Created success, but they’ve got the success for their right shoe size and so it’s like unique sole.

Blueprint is like.

That.

So, aligning with my unique soul blueprint, speaking my soul, opening my channel, this is a.

Process that I.

Created.

And do you know why I was?

Able to create it.

Because my sure Thing energy was turned on.

Because I was willing to show up no matter what.

Because my heart was open and I was in full alignment with my unique soul blueprint.

And I wasn’t making it about me.

I was making it about.

How can I open up my own gifts?

How can I be a powerful channel?

How can I show?

Up to reach more and more people and the.

People that come to me that are magnetized in my world, what can I do to help?

Them get tremendous results.

And when I stopped.

Making about me and started making about.

The results of my clients.

And the way that people in my.

World were feeling time collapsed and I catapulted.

Now 2017, I believe it was.

When I was.

Speaking for Mind Valley, the American Heart Association.

I think that was in 2017, Lululemon.

And other corporations I was.

Still each step of the way.

Creating my own experiences.

Because I believe that it’s very, very.

And So what I was.

Doing all.

Of these years.

Was I was?

Creating a new.

Level of magnetism through repetition through practice, I was learning how to hold a really clean and amazing space.

I was.

Becoming a master.

Level, not just.

Speaker but facilitator.

And I was able to understand my own gifts and how I can use them.

So if.

You’ve ever been in the room with me?

You’ll notice something, you’ll notice.

That you?

Feel your heart and your power more you’ll notice that things that.

Have felt stuck inside of you are just.

Transmuted instantly because one of my gifts is to move and shift.

Energy of everyone.

In the room with me, and it’s something I don’t talk about that often.

But it’s felt.

So this is something that’s really helped me so.

Much, but it’s something I had to create and I had to create it through practice and.

Helped me is because.

People.

Feel it and they.

Don’t know what?

They’re feeling but they know they like it and whether I’m speaking to Country Club grandmothers and.

Mothers in the South, like I did one time and taught them meditation and they.

Didn’t know what it was, and yet there was a line of them telling me like, Oh my.

So, so alive.

And so connected or whether I’m in the Sedona vortex immersion going.

Deep with leaders.

And innovators activating their next level.

What they’re going to create.

Which we all know the story behind that.

It’s reached now over 3.1 million people and it’s still going and.
